7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for both companies and job seekers under the following conditions:

For Companies:

• Companies can request a refund within 7 days of payment if:
  • The service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms.
  • There has been no significant progress in the service as outlined in the contract.
• Refunds will be processed after evaluating the claim. Processing time may take up to 7 business days.

For Job Seekers:

• Job seekers can request a refund within 7 days of payment if:
  • The services such as resume building, job application assistance, or interview preparation are not delivered as promised.
  • No progress has been made in providing the service.
• Refunds will be processed after verifying the claim. Processing time may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Refunds are only applicable if the service is unused or partially fulfilled. No refunds will be granted for services already rendered in full.
